neve — Terms of Service

1. Services

neve provides custom web development, design, SEO, and maintenance services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate agreement or quote.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are paid in two installments: 50% upfront to start, and 50% upon delivery. Monthly maintenance plans are billed recurringly.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the ownership of the website design and code is transferred to the client, excluding third-party libraries, stock assets, or proprietary tools used in development.

4. Liability

neve is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or data loss. While we follow best security practices, we cannot guarantee 100% immunity from external threats.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
